Baked Apple

Ingredients:

      • 1 large apple washed
      • ¼ tsp cinnamon
      • 1/8 tsp cloves and nutmeg
      • 1 packet Stevia

Directions:

Preheat oven 350 degrees, Core apple leaving about 1 inch in bottom. Place apple in baking dish and mix your cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and Stevia together, add water ½ cup water, pour into top of apple, letting it run down sides into baking dish. Bake 45 min to 1 hour.

Apple Sauce

Ingredients:

      • 1 apple
      • 3 Tlb water
      • 1 pkg stevia
      • ½ tsp vanilla extract
      • cinnamon (optional)

Directions:

Peel, core and dice apple, place in pan or crock pot. Cook 2 hours, when finished mash with fork or place in blender. Serve warm or refrigerate.

Strawberry Sorbet

Ingredients:

      • 1 cup strawberries
      • 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
      • 1 – 2 pkgs Stevia

Directions:

Freeze strawberries 1 hour. Blend berries lemon juice and Stevia in blender.  Serve immediately or allow to freeze for ½ hour.

Peach Compote

Ingredients:

      • 1 large peached washed
      • 1 pkg stevia
      • 5 whole cloves

Directions:

Place peach in baking dish, push cloves into top of peach, drizzle 1/2 water with Stevia in it over peach. Cover. Bake 350 degrees until fork tender. Drizzle juice from peach over peach when serving.

Lemonade

Ingredients:

      • 1 quart water
      • juice from 2 lemons
      • 2 pkgs Stevia

Directions:

Place 1 quart water in pitcher, add lemon juice and Stevia, add ice and serve Bake 350 degrees until fork tender. Drizzle juice from peach over peach when serving.

Lemon Slushy

Ingredients:

      • Juice from 1 lemon
      • ½ cup cold water
      • ½ cup ice

Directions:

6 drops lemon Stevia or 1 pkg Stevia. Combine ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:

      • ½ cup nonfat cottage cheese
      • 1 cup berries
      • 1 pkg stevia

Directions:

Blend cottage cheese until smooth, add berries and stevia.  Blend.  Put in freezer for ½ hour.

Fruit Compote

Ingredients:

      • ¼ Cup blueberries
      • ¼ cup raspberries
      • ½ cup strawberries
      • 1 pkg Stevia
      • ¼ - ½ cup water

Directions:

Heat water with Stevia to thicken syrup and pour over berries.

Crushed Fruit Icy

Ingredients:

      • 1 cup partially frozen fresh pineapple,raspberries or strawberries
      • ½  pkg stevia
      • 10 drops vanilla cream stevia or whatever flavor you like
      • ¼ cup water

Directions:

Put all  ingredients in blender until smooth. This takes the place of 1 cup fruit. Good Treat
