Seasonings & Condiments:Most spices can be used in your HCG meals. Avoid using butter, fat and oil. Pam cooking spray may be used. Salt may also be used. Vinegar, lemon or lime can be used liberally. Tabasco, picante, soy sauce and horseradish are allowed in moderation. When using these spices, please make sure there is NO SUGAR CONTENT (sugar substitutes containing 0 calories may be used).
